【摘要】 目的:研究艾司洛尔联合曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响。方法:以随机数字表法将2018年9月-2019年12月本院收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组予盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸艾司洛尔注射液治疗。7 d为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、心率水平,心功能及血清NT-proBNP、sST2、PTX3水平,比较治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组LVEDD、LVESD及血清NT-proBNP、sST2、PTX3、心率水平均降低,并且试验组较对照组低(P<0.05);而收缩压、舒张压及LVEF水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾司洛尔联合曲美他嗪可有效改善急性心肌梗死患者的血压、心率水平,同时可降低患者血清NT-proBNP、sST2、PTX3水平,改善心肌代谢,从而保护心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Esmolol combined with Trimetazidine on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were divided into the treatment group (n=50) and the control group (n=50) according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Trimetazidine Hydrochloride Tablets,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Esmolol Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group.7 d as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses.The levels of blood pressure,heart rate,cardiac function and serum NT proBNP,sST2,PTX3 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups during the treatment.Result:Compared with those before treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVESD and serum NT-proBNP,sST2,PTX3 and heart rate decreased in both groups after treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and LVEF increased in both groups,and the levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Esmolol combined with Trimetazidine can effectively improve the levels of blood pressure and heart rate in patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce the levels of serum NT proBNP,sST2 and PTX3,improve myocardial metabolism,and then protect cardiac function.更多还原
