【摘要】 目的:研究胆总管结石治疗中腹腔镜联合胆管镜手术对患者疼痛程度、生活质量的影响。方法:研究对象为2015年1月-2020年1月入院的64例胆总管结石患者。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组32例。对照组选用开腹手术,研究组选用腹腔镜联合胆管镜手术。比较两组手术前后疼痛程度、生活质量评分与手术指标、并发症发生率。结果:研究组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组;研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆总管结石治疗中腹腔镜联合胆管镜手术具有显著疗效,可有效减轻患者疼痛,提升其生活质量,还可促使其快速恢复,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopy on pain and quality of life in patients with choledocholithiasis.Method:A total of 64 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was operated by laparotomy,and the study group was operated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy.The pain degree,quality of life score,operation indexes before and after operation and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group;the amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,the duration of operation was longer than that in the control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy is effective in the treatment of choledocholithiasis,which can effectively reduce the pain,improve the quality of life,promote the rapid recovery and reduce the complications.更多还原
