【摘要】 目的:针对脂肪因子Sfrp5和肥胖及其相关代谢紊乱的关系进行研究。方法:选取100例受试患者为此次研究对象,根据患者的BMI(体质量指数)分为对照组(50例,BMI<24 kg/m~2)及试验组(50例,BMI≥24 kg/m~2),对两组患者的脂肪因子进行比较,并对Sfrp5与临床各指标的相关性进行分析。结果:试验组患者的Sfrp5、脂联素水平均较对照组患者低,而瘦素、BMI-SDS、腰围、FPG、HOMA-IR、TC、TG、LAR水平均较对照组患者的高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脂肪因子受体质指数影响相对较大,与BMI-SDS、腰围、FPG、HOMA-IR、TC、TG、瘦素及LAR呈现负相关性,而与脂联素呈现正相关性,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脂肪因子Sfrp5的水平与脂质代谢紊乱、肥胖症等有着不可分割的关系,在患者的发病中起到保护的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and discuss the relationship between adipokines Sfrp5 and obesity and related metabolic disorders.Method:A total of 100 subjects were selected as the subjects of this study.According to their BMI (Body Mass Index),they were divided into control group (50 cases,BMI<24 kg/m~2) and experimental group (50 cases,BMI≥24 kg/m~2).The adipokines of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between Sfrp5 and clinical indicators was analyzed.Result:The levels of Sfrp5 and adiponectin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of leptin,BMI-SDS,waist circumference,FPG,HOMA-IR,TC,TG and LAR in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The adipocytokines index was relatively large,it was negatively correlated with BMI-SDS,waist circumference,FPG,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,leptin,and LAR,but positively correlated with adiponectin,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of adipokine Sfrp5 has an inseparable relationship with lipid metabolism disorders,obesity,etc.It plays a protective role in the pathogenesis of patients.更多还原
