【摘要】 目的:探究腹腔镜胃癌根治术与开腹胃癌根治术治疗远端进展期胃癌的效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月在笔者所在医院接受手术治疗的远端进展期胃癌患者110例,随机分为两组,观察组55例采用腹腔镜根治术,对照组55例采用开腹根治术,观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、术后通气时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.64%,低于对照组的14.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率均为100%,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后1年生存率为98.18%,对照组为96.36%,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:进展期胃癌患者临床表现较为明显,对患者健康甚至于生命安全具有较大威胁,而早期治疗对提升治愈率具有重要意义。与传统开腹胃癌根治术进行对比,腹腔镜胃癌根治术可在达到同样治疗效果的基础上控制并发症发生率,同时缩短患者术后恢复时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and open radical gastrectomy in treatment of distal advanced gastric cancer.Method:A total of 110 patients with distal advanced gastric cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected,the patients were randomly divided into two groups.55 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,while 55 patients in the control group were treated with open radical gastrectomy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Result:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The hospitalization time and postoperative ventilation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 3.64%,lower than 14.55% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the two groups was 100%,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The 1-year postoperative survival rate was 98.18% in the observation group and 96.36% in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of advanced gastric cancer patients are relatively obvious,which is a great threat to the health and even life safety of patients,and early treatment is of great significance for improving the cure rate.Compares with traditional open radical gastrectomy,laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can control the incidence of complications and shorten the recovery time of patients on the basis of the same treatment effect.更多还原
