【摘要】 目的探讨IL-17A基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)易感性和严重程度的关系。方法选取稳定期COPD患者147例(COPD组)及同期健康体检者115例(对照组),采用基因测序法检测IL-17A基因rs2275913、rs1974226位点基因型及等位基因分布情况,采用多因素logistic回归分析COPD影响因素,并检测不同严重程度COPD患者基因型分布情况。结果两组rs2275913位点的基因型和等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),rs1974226位点基因型及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与GG基因型相比,携带rs2275913位点AG基因型患COPD的风险下降(P<0.05)。不同严重程度COPD患者rs2275913和rs1974226位点基因型频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-17A基因rs2275913位点多态性可能与COPD的易感性有关,AG基因型是COPD的保护性因素,而与COPD严重程度无明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of the gene polymorphism of IL-17 A with susceptibility and severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The genotype and allele distributions of rs2275913 and rs1974226 in IL-17 A gene were detected in 147 COPD patients(group A) and 115 healthy people(group B) by gene sequencing.The influencing factors for COPD were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.The genotype distribution of COPD patients with different severity was detected.Results The genotype and allele frequencies of rs2275913 were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and those of rs1974226 were not different between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared to genotype GG,the genotype AG of rs2275913 had lower risk for COPD(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in genotype frequencies of rs2275913 and rs1974226 in COPD patients with different severity(P>0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of rs2275913 in IL-17 A gene may be related to the susceptibility of COPD.The genotype AG is a protective factor for COPD.The gene polymorphism is not related to the severity of COPD.更多还原
