【摘要】 目的探讨溶质转运蛋白16A12(SLC16A12)在胃腺癌组织表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化检测42例胃腺癌及癌旁组织SLC16A12表达,分析胃腺癌组织SLC16A12表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果胃腺癌组织SLC16A12阳性表达率为78.57%(33/42),高于癌旁组织的30.52%(13/42)(P<0.05)。SLC16A12表达在有淋巴结转移患者胃腺癌组织中高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。结论 SLC16A12在胃腺癌组织中表达增加,其有可能成为胃腺癌患者潜在预后生物标志物及诊疗靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of solute carrier 16 A12(SLC16 A12) in gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of SLC16 A12 in gastric adenocarcinoma and tumor-adjacent tissues of 42 patients with gastric cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between SLC16 A12 and clinicopathological parameters in gastric adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of SLC16 A12 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues was 78.57%(33/42),which was higher than 30.52%(13/42) in tumor-adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of SLC16 A12 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly higher in the patients with lymph node metastasis than that in those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion SLC16 A12 expression is increased in gastric adenocarcinoma, which could be a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for the patients with gastric adenocarcinoma.更多还原
