【摘要】 目的探讨肝硬化患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子9(FGF-9)的表达及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法测定48例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组)、16例慢性乙型肝炎患者(慢乙肝组)和50例健康体检者(对照组)血清FGF-9表达。分析肝硬化组患者血清FGF-9表达与终末期肝病模型-血清钠(MELD-Na)评分及多种肝纤维化指标的相关性。结果慢乙肝组和肝硬化组患者血清FGF-9表达高于对照组[(220.98±64.14) pg/mL和(372.35±69.58) pg/mL vs.(132.28±39.12) pg/mL](P<0.01),且肝硬化组高于慢乙肝组(P<0.01)。Child-Pugh评级B级肝硬化患者血清FGF-9表达高于A级(P<0.05)。肝硬化患者血清FGF-9表达与MELD-Na评分、AST/Plt比值指数(APRI)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶/Plt比值指数(GPRI)和基于4项因素的肝纤维化指数(FIB-4)均呈正相关(r=0.848、0.563、0.710和0.318,P<0.05)。结论肝硬化患者血清FGF-9的表达升高,有可能作为判断患者病情严重程度及预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum fibroblast growth factor 9(FGF-9) in the patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Serum expression of FGF-9 was detected by ELISA in 48 patients with liver cirrhosis(group A),16 patients with chronic hepatitis B(group B) and 50 healthy people(group C).The correlations of serum FGF-9 expression with model for end stage liver disease-Na(MELD-Na) score and various liver fibrosis indexes were analyzed in group A.Results Serum FGF-9 expression in groups of A and B was significantly higher than that in group C [(220.98±64.14) pg/mL and(372.35±69.58) pg/mL vs.(132.28±39.12) pg/mL](P<0.01),which in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.01).Serum expression of FGF-9 in liver cirrhosis patient of Child-Pugh grade B was higher than that of grade A(P<0.05).Serum FGF-9 expression was positively correlated with MELD-Na score, AST-to-Plt ratio index(APRI),γ-GT-to-PLT ratio index(GPRI),and fibrosis index based on four factors(FIB-4) in group A(r=0.848,0.563,0.710,and 0.318,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum FGF-9 level is elevated in the patients with liver cirrhosis, which may be used as one of the clinical indicators to evaluate the severity of illness and prognosis.更多还原
