【摘要】 目的:通过新生儿电子健康卡,解决"一院多卡"、新生儿或没有身份证的儿童实名就诊、无卡预约模式带来的就诊流程烦琐,以及居民健康档案贯穿和调阅等问题。方法:实现新生儿出生即开卡,覆盖全生命周期,构建患者主索引,集成院内业务系统诊疗数据。结果:取消院内医卡通,解决一院多卡、儿童实名就诊和无卡预约等问题,实现患者全生命周期的就诊档案追溯、贯穿和调阅。结论:新生儿电子健康卡弥补了新生儿及儿童身份识别和就诊记录的空白期,同时为"出生一件事"联办和健康数据的沉积打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To solve the problems of "multiple cards in one hospital", real name medical treatment for newborns or children without ID card, cumbersome medical treatment process brought by card free appointment mode,and the penetration and review of residents’ health files by using neonatal electronic health card. Methods: Realize the card opening at birth, cover the whole life cycle, build the enterprise master patient index, and integrate the hospital business system medical data. Results: Cancel the hospital medical card, solve the problems of multiple cards, real name medical treatment and appointment without card in the hospital, and realize the tracing, penetration and access of the patient’s whole life cycle medical records. Conclusion: The electronic health card of newborn makes up for the blank period of the identification and medical record of newborns and children, and lays the foundation for the joint operation of "one thing at birth" and the deposition of health data.更多还原
