【摘要】 目的:建立统一的医院质量监测数据上报平台,形成稳定的数据报送、分析、反馈机制。同时,规范数据采集来源和标准,保证报送数据的准确性、客观性、及时性,实现数据"一次采集,多次应用"。方法:统一数据采集接口,自定义配置数据校验规则,建立采集数据质量关联分析。结果:高质量地完成医院质量监测数据上报工作。结论:极大减少医院质量监测数据报送的工作负担,保证数据报送的一致性和标准化,有力支撑卫生主管部门管理与决策,服务医院的科学管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: A unified hospital quality-monitoring and data-reporting platform is established in order to form a stable mechanism for data reporting, analyzing and receiving feedbacks. Meanwhile, data collection sources are standardized in order to ensure the accuracy, objectivity, and timeliness of the submitted data and realize "collect once, use in multiple applications". Methods: The data acquisition interface is unified, the data calibration rules are customized, and the quality correlation analysis of the collected data is established. Results: The data submission is completed with high quality. Conclusion: The system significantly reduces the workload of hospital quality data submission, ensures the consistency and standardization of data submission, and helps leaders to do decision-making and better management for hospitals.更多还原
