【Abstract】 To explore the technical solutions and practical experience of perioperative database of special diseases in anesthesiology department in assisting decision-making based on big data platform. We described the application of perioperative database of special diseases in anesthesiology department based on big data platform, introduced how to construct high quality and calculable perioperative big data knowledge framework and practice flow, and applied in the extraction scene of perioperative complications. The development and application of big data technique in perioperative database of specific diseases provides surgeons with accurate, efficient and convenient extraction of perioperative complications, analysis of risk factors, and establishment of prediction model. It plays an important role in improving the perioperative safety and prognosis of the patients and the prediction of risk factors.更多还原
