利用隧道激光点云提取中轴线及进行整体变形分析
Method for Extracting Central Line and Performing Overall Deformation Analysis Using Tunnel Laser Point Cloud
【摘要】 针对采用传统测量手段获取隧道断面数据进行隧道变形分析,存在数据覆盖面小、效率低等问题,以三维激光扫描仪获取的隧道点云为基础,提出一种利用隧道激光点云提取中轴线及进行整体变形分析的方法。首先,根据下采样边界特征提取算法获取边界点集;其次,利用边界与中点的几何关系获取隧道水平中轴线;然后,基于水平中轴线截取横断面点云,并对横断面点云进行迭代空间圆拟合以获取隧道三维中轴线和横断面;最后,以隧道三维中轴线与半径设计值为基准,计算横断面点云的径向差值,分析隧道整体变形。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地将隧道整体变形进行可视化表达,为隧道变形动态监测提供更为丰富的信息。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of small data coverage and low efficiency in tunnel deformation analysis using traditional measurement methods to obtain tunnel section data,this paper proposes a method for extracting the central line and performing the overall deformation analysis using the tunnel point clouds obtained by a three-dimensional laser scanner.Firstly,obtain the boundary point set according to the down-sampling boundary feature extraction algorithm.Secondly,use the geometric relationship between the boundary and the midpoint to obtain the horizontal central line of the tunnel.Then,the cross-section point cloud is intercepted based on the horizontal central line,and the iterative space circle fitting is performed on the crosssectional point cloud to obtain the three-dimensional central line and cross-section of the tunnel.Finally,the radial difference of the cross-section point cloud is calculated based on the three-dimensional central line and the design value of the tunnel radius to analyze the overall deformation of the tunnel.Experimental results show that this method can effectively visualize the overall deformation of the tunnel and provide more abundant information for the dynamic monitoring of tunnel deformation.
