加装限位弹簧的机械式压电俘能器特性研究
Study on Characteristics of Mechanical Piezoelectric Energy Harvester with Spring Stopper
【摘要】 该文提出了一种加装限位弹簧的机械式非线性多稳态悬臂梁压电俘能结构,建立了该系统的机电耦合方程,并分析该系统在简谐激励下的运动状态和俘能特性。对系统弹性恢复力及势能函数的分析表明,加装限位弹簧可以增大弹簧刚度,减小势能函数的势阱深度,易于实现系统的阱间运动,从而增大了俘能器的工作带宽。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a mechanical nonlinear bi-stable piezoelectric energy harvester with spring stoppers is proposed. The electromechanical coupling equation of the system is established, and the motion state and energy harvesting characteristics of the system under harmonic excitation are analyzed.The analysis of the spring force and potential energy function shows that the installation of the spring stopper can increase the stiffness of the spring, reduce the depth of the potential well of the potential function, and easily realize the movement between the wells of the system, thereby increasing the operating broadband of the harvester.
