“新工科”背景下大学生“双创”能力培养探索——基于应用型本科院校

【摘要】 培养创新型、创业型、实用型、复合型人才是新形势下应用型本科院校的重要任务,它适应国际竞争新形势的要求,符合国家战略发展和区域经济社会发展的新要求。构建创新创业教育课程体系以及与之匹配的软硬件平台,完善创新创业教育管理机制,是应用型本科院校有效开展创新创业教育的核心问题,也是当前创新创业教育发展中需要进一步加强与完善的方面。以项目为载体,以创新创业竞赛为抓手,构建特色鲜明的创新创业教育生态系统,能有效促进创新创业教育与专业教育融合,对全面提高学生的工程实践能力、创新能力、创业能力,以及促进创新创业教育模式改革富有积极意义。

【Abstract】 It is an important task of application-oriented universities in the new era to cultivate innovative, entrepreneurial, practical and compound talents, in order to meet the new requirements of international competition, national strategic development, regional economic and social development. In order to effectively carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities, we should focus on constructing and improving the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship education and relevant software and hardware platforms, as well as the management of education. We should pursue better performance in the projects and competitions of innovation and entrepreneurship, build a characteristic education ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship, promote the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, comprehensively enhance students’ ability of practice, innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the reform of education model of innovation and entrepreneurship.
