【摘要】 我国农村体育高质量发展是社会发展的必然需要,是乡村振兴赋予的历史使命。农村体育高质量发展离不开政府公共政策的供给与落实。通过分层梳理党中央、国务院和国家体育总局及相关部门涉及农村体育的政策文件,溯源我国农村体育公共政策的产生背景,分析农村体育公共政策供给与落实的状况。针对农村体育公共政策供给与实际结果之间存在一定偏差,提出农村体育高质量发展的公共政策供给及实施的优化策略,以期为我国农村体育的高质量发展提供参考与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The high quality development of sports in rural China, as an important part of social progress, and rural revitalization in particular, cannot take place without the support and implementation of public policies. The researcher analyzed the historical background and the status quo and the implementation of public policies, through review of the documents made by CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the state General Administration of Sport and relevant departments. This paper pointed out the discrepancy between public policies and implementation, and put forward the strategies to optimize the support and implementation of public policies, so as to ensure the high-quality development of sports in rural areas.更多还原
