【摘要】 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对江西省宜春市E级足球教练员培训质量的影响因素进行研究,调查分析了宜春市E级足球教练员培训班的培训情况。结果表明,宜春市E级足球教练员培训质量主要影响因素有:学员的理论技术水平、学员学习动机、有无从事相关工作经验、讲师的授课能力、讲师的授课方式、学员选拔制度。针对影响因素提出相应建议:提高学员的理论技术水平、改正学员培训动机、加强讲师团队建设提高业务能力、强化科学选材。以此提高江西省E级足球教练员培训质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main factors that affect training quality of E-level football coaches in Yichun in Jiangxi Province were investigated by literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Also, the situation of training class of E-level football coaches in Yichun was analyzed. The results showed that the main factors of training quality of Yichun E-level football coaches were: theoretical and technical level of the trainee, learning motivation, experience of relevant work, the lecturer’s teaching skill and teaching method, and the trainee selection system. Corresponding suggestions were: improving the theoretical and technical level of the trainees, correcting the training motivation of the trainees, strengthening the capacity of the lecturer team, and improving the scientific selection of teaching materials. In this way, Yichun E-level football coaches training can be improved.更多还原
