【摘要】 城镇人口和城市用地是评价城市化进程的关键指标,对人口从业结构及城市用地类型的评估有助于详细分析城市进程的内在原因。利用江西省各市城镇人口和城市用地面积等数据分析全省城市化进程加快的内在机制。得出江西省城市化进程加快主要表现在农村人口进城从事第二、第三产业和城市中工业用地和仓储用地明显增加的结果。根据研究结果提出江西省各城市要根据政策导向、做好城市定位、加强周边合作和扶持第三产业的建议,以缩小城乡差距,促进全省区域均衡发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban population and urban land is the key indicators that evaluated urbanization process. The evaluation of population industry structure and urban land types could contribute to the detailed analyze of the internal reason of urbanization process. The study aimed to investigate the internal mechanism of accelerated urbanization process in Jiangxi province using the data of urban population and urban land area in prefecture-level city. Result showed that increase of population in the second and the third industry and expand of urban land in industrial and storage mainly promoted the acceleration of urbanization process in Jiangxi province. These results suggested that according to the policy guidance, make better city location, strengthen cooperation around and support the suggestion of the third industry would be favorable strategies for narrowing the gap between urban and rural, and promoting the balanced development of the entire area in Jiangxi province.更多还原
