【Abstract】 To make full use of data information, in this paper we propose hesitant fuzzy set as feedback extension of concept. Then, the relationship and operation of the hesitant fuzzy sets, considered as the hesitancy degree, are given; Based on this operation, the extension envelope of fuzzy concept is defined, and the preference information is gathered by using it. At last, the group decision making procedure is given and the above theory is applied in example.更多还原
