【摘要】 目的观察CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙体缺损的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月在南阳市口腔医院进行根管治疗后牙体缺损的260例患者,依据奇偶数分组法分为试验组和对照组,每组130例。对照组采用传统桩核全瓷冠修复,试验组采用CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复。比较两组修复效果。结果试验组检查指标为A级比率多于对照组,两组继发龋、边缘密合性、边缘着色、修复体磨耗等修复效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组修复后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数及牙菌斑指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组修复体舒适度、修复体外形、修复体颜色、就诊时间与次数的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组修复体舒适度、修复体外形、修复体颜色、就诊时间与次数的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙体缺损可取得良好的修复效果,其能够有效改善牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数及牙菌斑指数,以及改善修复体外形和颜色,提高患者修复体的舒适度,减少就诊时间和次数。患者满意度高,临床效果较佳,具有较高的推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To observe the clinical effect of CAD/CAM all ceramic onlay in root canal treatment of posterior tooth defect. 【Methods】 A total of 260 patients with tooth defect after root canal therapy were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The traditional post core all ceramic crown and CAD/CAM all ceramic onlay were used to repair the tooth defect respectively. The effects between the two groups were compared. 【Results】 The rate of grade A inspection indicators in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences in the secondary caries, prosthesis falling off, edge tightness, prosthesis fracture, edge coloring, prosthesis wear and other inspection indicators were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The gingival index, gingival sulcus bleeding index and dental plaque index of the experimental group after repair were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group on the comfort, shape, color, visit time and times of the restoration was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 CAD/CAM all ceramic onlay restoration of tooth defects after root canal treatment can achieve good restoration effect, can effectively improve the gingival index, gingival sulcus bleeding index and plaque index,improve the appearance and color of the restoration, improve the comfort of patients, reduce the time and frequency of treatment,patients’ satisfaction is high, the clinical effect is good, and it has high promotion value.更多还原
