小细胞肺癌诊断中外周血神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平的检验及临床意义分析
Detection and clinical significance of peripheral blood NSE level in diagnosis of small cell lung cancer
【摘要】 目的探讨小细胞肺癌诊断中外周血神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的检验及临床意义。方法选取2019年3月至2020年8月东莞市人民医院收治的小细胞肺癌患者64例作为研究组,并选取64例肺良性疾病患者作为对照组,然后选取同期进行体检人员64例作为健康组。并观察分析三组患者血清NSE以及胃泌素释放肽前体(ProGRP)水平变化情况以及同治疗疗效之间的关系。结果与对照组和健康组比较,研究组血清NSE、ProGRP水平均相对较高(P<0.05);与单一检测比较,血清ProGRP联合NSE测定的准确性以及敏感性均相对较高(P<0.05),但特异性之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经相关性分析,患者血清NSE、ProGRP水平与治疗疗效之间存在明显的负相关关系(P<0.05),且血清NSE、ProGRP水平明显降低的患者治疗疗效明显更好(P<0.05)。结论外周血NSE水平的变化情况同小细胞肺癌患者的病情变化程度具有一定的联系,将其应用于临床中可以对患者病情进展以及预后情况做准确反应以及判断,同时为疾病后续治疗提供详细的依据,可推广应用。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the detection and clinical significance of NSE level in peripheral blood in the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer. 【Methods】 Sixty-four cases of small cell lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research group, and 64 cases of benign lung disease were selected as the control group, and then 64 cases of physical examination personnel were selected as the healthy group. The changes of serum NSE and ProGRP levels in the three groups were observed and analyzed. 【Results】 Compared with the control group and the healthy group, the serum NSE and ProGRP levels of the study group were relatively higher(P<0.05); compared with the single detection, the accuracy and sensitivity of the serum ProGRP combined with NSE levels were relatively high(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the specificity(P>0.05); after correlation analysis, the serum NSE, ProGRP levels and treatment efficacy were significantly negatively correlated(P<0.05), and the patients with significantly lower serum NSE and ProGRP levels had better therapeutic effect(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The change of NSE level in peripheral blood has a certain relationship with the change degree of small cell lung cancer. Its application in clinical practice can accurately reflect and judge the progress and prognosis of patients, and provide detailed basis for the follow-up treatment of the disease, which can be widely applied.
