低频重复经颅磁刺激结合强制诱导言语疗法对运动性失语患者言语功能的影响
Effects of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with forced induction speech therapy on speech function of patients with motor aphasia
【摘要】 目的将低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)结合强制性诱导言语疗法(CILT)用于运动性失语患者中,分析其对患者言语功能的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年1月深圳市第二人民医院收治的92例运动性失语患者,根据治疗方案不同分成研究组及参照组各46例,参照组行CILT治疗,研究组以此为基础结合rTMS治疗,对两组治疗结果进行观察。结果治疗前,两组自发言语、理解、复述、命名各项言语功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组上述言语功能评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组AQ、交流能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组AQ、交流能力评分分别为(74.23±3.45)分、(46.98±3.57)分,均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 rTMS结合CILT治疗运动性失语患者效果理想,可改善患者言语功能,提升交流能力,值得应用。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 To analyze the effect of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) combined with constraint-induced language therapy(CILT) on the speech function of patients with motor aphasia. 【Methods】 From May2017 to January 2019, 92 patients with sports aphasia were divided into study group and reference group according to the different treatment plan, 46 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with CILT; based on this, the study group was combined with rTMS, and the treatment results of the two groups were observed. 【Results】 Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of speech, comprehension, repetition and naming between the two groups(P>0.05); after the treatment, the above speech function scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05). Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of AQ and communication ability between the two groups(P>0.05); after the treatment,the AQ and communication ability scores of the study group were 74.23±3.45 and 46.98±3.57 respectively, which were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 rTMS combined with CILT can improve the speech function and communication ability of patients with aphasia.
