触觉识骨在骨学实验教学中的应用效果
Application Effect of Tactile Bone Recognition in Experimental Teaching of Osteology
【摘要】 目的探讨"触觉识骨"教学方式在骨学实验教学中的应用及教学效果。方法选取2020级临床医学专业2个实验教学班,每班35人,随机分为触觉实验教学组和常规实验教学组,通过骨标本辨识、骨拼接复原和骨学考试测验,比较"触觉识骨"教学与常规实验教学的学习效果。结果触觉实验教学组的骨标本辨识得分率显著高于常规实验教学组(P<0.05);与常规实验教学组相比,触觉实验教学组在骨拼接复原实验测验中,速度更快、准确率更高;在骨学考试测验中,触觉实验教学组的学生平均成绩显著高于常规实验教学组(P<0.05)。结论在骨学实验教学中,采用触觉识骨教学方式,学习记忆更加准确、深刻,学习成效显著,值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application and teaching effect of the teaching method of "tactile bone recognition" in experimental teaching of osteology.Methods Two experimental teaching classes of 2020 clinical medicine majors were selected,with 35 students in each class.They were randomly divided into two groups,a tactile experimental teaching group and a conventional experimental teaching group.The learning effects of "tactile bone recognition" teaching and conventional experimental teaching are compared by bone specimen identification,bone splicing restoration,and bone examination tests.Results The bone specimen identification score rate of the tactile experimental teaching group was significantly higher than that of the conventional experimental teaching group(P<0.05);Compared with the conventional experimental teaching group,the tactile experimental teaching group is faster and more accurate in the bone splicing restoration experimental test;in the bone examination test,the average score of the students in the tactile experimental teaching group was significantly higher than that in the conventional experimental teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the experimental teaching of osteology,the "tactile bone recognition" teaching method is adopted to make learning and memory more accurate and profound,and the learning effect is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion.
