【Abstract】 To obtain the promoting effect of folk tourism on economic development fully, some principles should be followed in the development of folk tourism resources when local governments judge the right direction for project programming. So the optimization of decision-making is realized. By using incomplete hierarchy analysis method, this paper solves the sorting problem of construction projects for folk villages, and give priority to the most profitable projects, so that the optimal resource allocation is realized.更多还原
