【摘要】 目的探讨同质化护理对血透患者质控缺陷发生情况及同质化管理有效性的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年12月至2020年2月期间在本院接受血透治疗的98例终末期肾病患者的临床资料,49例采用常规护理的患者纳入对照组,49例采用同质化护理的患者纳入观察组。比较两组的质控缺陷发生情况与护理满意度。结果观察组的质控缺陷总发生率为4.08%,显著低于对照组的18.37%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.96%,显著高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论同质化护理可有效减少血透患者质控缺陷发生情况,提高患者的护理满意度,增强同质化管理有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of of homogenized nursing on the incidence of quality control defects and effectiveness of homogenized management in hemodialysis patients. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with end-stage renal diseases who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from December 2017 to February 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. 49 patients receiving conventional nursing were selected as control group, and 49 patients receiving homogenized nursing were selected as observation group. The incidence of quality control defects and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of quality control defects of the observation group was 4.08%, significantly lower than 18.37% of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.96%, significantly higher than 83.67% of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusions Homogenized nursing for hemodialysis patients can reduce the incidence of quality control defects, improve patients’ nursing satisfaction, and enhance the effectiveness of homogenized management.更多还原
