【摘要】 目的探讨龙生蛭胶囊联合长春西汀在缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的72例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的临床资料,将采用长春西汀治疗的36例患者纳入对照组,将采用龙生蛭胶囊联合长春西汀治疗的36例患者纳入观察组,比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分以及神经功能。结果治疗1个月后,两组的半身不遂、口舌歪斜、偏身麻木证候积分以及NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的以上指标均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论龙生蛭胶囊联合长春西汀可有效减轻缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的临床症状,改善神经功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of Longshengzhi capsule combined with vinpocetine in patients with ischemic stroke convalescence. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with ischemic stroke convalescence admitted to our hospital from May 2019 and May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. 36 patients who were treated with vinpocetine were selected as control group, and 36 patients who were treated with Longshengzhi capsule combined with vinpocetine were selected as observation group. The TCM syndrome scores and neurological function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After one month of treatment, the syndrome scores of hemiplegia, tongue askew and partial body numbness, as well as the NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the above indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Longshengzhi capsule combined with vinpocetine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the neurological function of patients with ischemic stroke convalescence.更多还原
