满装圆柱滚子轴承自动落料填充滚子实现方法及其试验装置

【摘要】 满装圆柱滚子轴承滚子无保持架限制且滚子圆周总间隙较大,容易散套,填充滚子难度增加。目前,满装圆柱滚子轴承填充滚子采用人工操作的方式,劳动强度大,生产效率低。在分析满装圆柱滚子轴承组成及滚子填充要求的基础上,提出了一种自动填充滚子实现方法,设计了用于外圈涂脂和滚子自动填充的试验装置。试验装置选择PLC为主控制器,触摸屏为人机交互界面,设计了PLC控制及系统操作界面程序。现场调试运行表明:在合适的电机转速下,滚子能够有序、精准地填充到轴承外圈滚道内,内圈可顺利进行合套,该装置运行可靠、平稳,验证了自动填充滚子方案的可行性,对提高轴承装配质量具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The full complement cylindrical roller bearing roller has no cage limitation and the total gap of the roller circumference is large, which is easy to loose sleeve and increases the difficulty of filling the roller.At present, the filled rollers of full complement cylindrical roller bearings are manually operated, which is labor intensive and low in production efficiency.On the basis of analyzing the composition of full complement cylindrical roller bearings and the requirements of roller filling, a method to realize automatic filling of rollers was proposed and a test device for grease coating of outer rings and automatic filling of rollers was designed.PLC was chosen as the main controller of the test device, the touch screen was the human-computer interaction interface, and the PLC control process and system operation interface were designed.The on-site commissioning operation shows that the rollers can be filled into the outer ring raceway of the bearing in an orderly and precise manner under the appropriate motor speed, and the inner ring can be sleeved.The device runs reliably and stably, which verifies the feasibility of automatic filling roller solution, which is of great significance to improving the quality of bearing assembly.
