半密闭氮气保护的电路模块烧结系统设计
Design of Sintering System for Circuit Module with Semi-closed Nitrogen Protection
【摘要】 针对传统密闭式的电路模块烧结系统结构复杂、体积大、价格高的问题,设计了半密闭氮气保护的电路模块烧结系统。由于系统的烧结温度和氮气浓度互相耦合,影响系统的控制精度,为此提出了前馈解耦和增量式PID控制结合的控制策略。经实验验证,系统监测精度和控制精度均满足设计要求,且允许上位机控制多台烧结设备,更适合中小企业大范围推广使用。
【Abstract】 In view of complex structure, large volume and high price of traditional closed circuit module sintering system, a sintering system for circuit module with semi-closed nitrogen-protected was designed.Because the sintering temperature and nitrogen concentration of the system were coupled with each other, which affected the system control accuracy, a control strategy combining feed forward decoupling and incremental PID control was proposed.The experimental results show that the monitoring accuracy and control accuracy meet the system design requirements, and the computer can control multiple sintering equipment, which is more suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
