一种无线式六维力传感器的研制

【摘要】 针对旋翼系统在旋转状态下的多个维度的力和力矩信息采集的应用背景,设计了一种带有数据无线发送功能的六维力传感器。建立了传感器弹性体的有限元分析模型,确定了应变片的粘贴位置。通过合理的组桥电路设计,将六个维度的力和力矩以电压信号的方式反馈出来,并设计了相应的信号处理电路使其满足A/D采集模块的范围电压。最后将整个硬件电路以PCB封装在传感器内部,制成传感器样机。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the application background for collecting force and moment information in multiple dimensions of the rotor system in the rotating state,a six-axis force sensor with wireless data transmission function was designed.The finite element analysis model of the elastic body of the sensor was established,and the sticking position of the strain gauge was determined.The force of six dimensions was fed back in the form of voltage signal through the reasonable circuit design of the bridge assembly,and the corresponding signal processing circuit was designed to meet the range voltage of the A/D acquisition module.Finally,the entire hardware circuit was packaged inside the sensor with a PCB to make a sensor prototype.
