学业延迟满足的扎根理论研究
Research on Grounded Theory and Academic Delay of Gratification
【摘要】 为了解学习者学业延迟满足能力的全貌,基于扎根理论的研究方法探索学业延迟满足的影响因素,采用访谈的形式开展研究。研究结果表明,高学业延迟满足能力的学习者显示出更多的延迟选择倾向,个体因素和环境因素是学习者展现出的学业延迟满足能力影响因素的种类,不同学业延迟满足能力的学习者具有不同维度的个体因素和环境因素。鉴于此,学习者自身、教师、家长应根据学习者不同的学业延迟满足能力水平,通过个体因素和环境因素加以干预,从而促进学习者学业延迟满足能力。此研究的意义在于建立学业延迟满足影响因素的结构模型,弥补量化研究的不足之处,并为促进学习者学业延迟满足能力提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 In order to understand the overall picture of learners’ delay of gratification ability and explore the influencing factors,a research has been conducted on the basis of grounded theory by way of interview survey.Results show that learners with high academic delay of gratification ability report more delay selection tendency.Learners with different academic delay of gratification ability are influenced by different individual and environmental factors.In view of this,interventions should be brought in by learners,teachers and parents according to learners’ different levels so as to improve their gratification ability.The significance of this research is to establish the structure model of influencing factors,to cover the defects of quantitative research,and to provide theoretical evidence for the ability promotion of learners’ academic delay of gratification.
