【摘要】 目的研究分析血清5项指标(血清甲胎蛋白、恶性肿瘤特异生长因子、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶与癌胚抗原)联合诊断在乙肝相关性肝癌中的诊断价值。方法随机选择榆林市第一医院2019年1月至2020年12月确诊的168例乙肝相关性肝癌患者作为乙肝相关性肝癌组,选择同期168例乙肝肝硬化患者作为乙肝肝硬化组,选择168例健康体检者作为对照组。对比分析血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、恶性肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)与癌胚抗原(CEA)表达水平,以此来判断特异度和灵敏度。结果乙肝相关性肝癌组与对照组在血清5项指标的对比具有统计学意义(P<0.01);乙肝相关性肝癌组与乙肝肝硬化组在血清5项指标的对比具有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清5项指标联合诊断方案在整体特异度和灵敏度方面均优于单一指标。结论对于乙肝相关性肝癌患者的临床诊断来说,血清5项指标联合诊断方案具有理想的特异度和灵敏度,可作为首选诊断方案。更多还原
