【摘要】 公务员诚信与否直接影响到公众对政府的信任度。本文以扎根理论为依据,借助Nvivo软件对微博上有关公务员诚信的信息进行归纳总结后构建出公务员诚信影响因素模型,从官僚习俗、制度伦理、诚信档案、业务能力、监督机制和奖惩机制等六个方面进行分析并提出相关建议,希冀对提升公务员诚信水平有所裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integrity of civil servants directly affects the public’s trust in the government.Based on the grounded theory and with the help of NVivo software,this paper summarizes the information about civil servants’ integrity on microblog,constructs the influencing factor model of civil servants’ integrity,analyzes and puts forward corresponding suggestions from six aspects:bureaucratic customs,institutional ethics,integrity archives,professional ability,supervision mechanism,reward and punishment mechanism,It is hoped that it will be beneficial to improve the integrity level of civil servants.更多还原
