【Abstract】 Aiming at the hot issues existing in the current construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges in China, by taking the construction of high-level specialty group of road and bridge engineering technology in specialty category of traffic and civil engineering in Shaanxi College of Communication and Technology(SCCT) as an example, through the benchmarking of “double high-level plan”, targeted policy implementation, the implementation of “serve the industry chain of western transportation industry, build high-level professional group of traffic road and bridge” and other seven measures, to achieve the high quality development of high-level specialty group. All of these will provide “SCCT mode” and construction basis for the construction of related specialty groups in specialty category of traffic and civil engineering in Shaanxi province, the western region and even the whole country of China.更多还原
