【摘要】 目的:探讨心理扭力量表在不同性别群体中的临界值。方法:使用一般人口学资料调查表、心理扭力量表、抑郁自评量表、美国国家共病调查工具及幸福感指数量表评估1 051名北京市18～65岁成年人的相关指标。采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)、约登指数法、闵可夫斯基(Minkowski)距离法综合判断心理扭力量表应用于不同性别群体的临界值。通过效应量、χ~2检验、t检验分析高低扭力两组间相关指标的差异性。结果:心理扭力量表应用于男性、女性群体临界值分别为93.5分,90.5分。根据临界值进行划分后,男性及女性群体中高扭力水平组与低扭力水平组之间效应量>0.8;高心理扭力的个体自杀情况的发生比例高于低心理扭力的个体;高水平心理扭力的个体主观幸福感低于低水平心理扭力的个体。结论:建议研究者可依据男性临界值为93.5分、女性临界值为90.5分,筛查心理扭力高危群体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the cut-off point of Psychological Strain Scale(PSS) in different gender groups.Methods:A sample of 1 051 employees aged 18～65 were recruited in Beijing.General Information Survey Questionnaire, Psychological Strain Scale(PSS),Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression(CES-D),the life-event history section of the National Comorbidity Survey(NCS) interview and Index of Well-Being(IWB) were used to collect data.ROC Curve, Youden Index and Minkowski Distance were applied to determine the cut-off point of PSS in different gender groups.Effect size, χ~2 test and t test were used to analyze the differences of related indicators between high level group and low level group.Results:The optimal cut-off point in male sample and female sample is 93.5 and 90.5,respectively.The results in both male and female samples show effect size was significantly greater than 0.8.The proportion of suicidal behavior in high strain group was much higher than in low strain group meanwhile the subjective well-being in high strain group was much lower than that in low strain group.Conclusion:It is suggested that the optimal cut-off point of Psychological Stain Scale in male sample and female sample is 93.5 and 90.5 respectively.Researcher can refer to the cut-off point to screen high-risk groups of psychological strain.更多还原
