【摘要】 目的探讨温阳抗寒汤治疗风寒犯肺型感染后咳嗽(PIC)的效果。方法将110例风寒犯肺型PIC患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上服用温阳抗寒汤。比较2组治疗前后咳嗽积分、咳嗽程度、证候总积分和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后咳嗽积分、咳嗽程度、证候总积分和TNF、CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、咯痰、畏寒、乏力症状消失例数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为10.91%,对照组不良反应发生率为12.73%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温阳抗寒汤可有效缓解风寒犯肺型PIC患者的咳嗽症状,减轻咳嗽的严重程度,降低气道炎症反应水平,调节机体免疫水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Wenyang Kanghan Decoction in treating patients with post-infection cough(PCI) differentiated as type of wind and cold invading the lung. Methods Totally 110 patients with PIC differentiated as type of wind and cold invading the lung were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment, while patients in the observation group were treated with Wenyang Kanghan Decoction on the basis of the control group. The score of cough, degree of cough, total syndrome score, tumor necrosis factor(TNF), C reactive protein(CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-8(IL-8) levels were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the cough score, cough degree, total syndrome score, TNF, CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The cases of cough, expectoration, chills and fatigue disappearance in the observation group were more than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.91% in the observation group and 12.73% in the control group, and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Wenyang Kanghan Decoction can effectively alleviate the cough symptoms of patients with PIC differentiated as type of wind and cold invading the lung, lessen the severity of cough, reduce the level of airway inflammatory response and regulate theimmune level of the body.更多还原
