【摘要】 目的探讨西甲硅油乳剂在上消化道气钡双重造影中的应用价值。方法选取临床拟诊胃炎或健康查体拟行上消化道气钡双重造影检查者60例为观察对象,随机分配到A、B组中,A组在上消化道气钡双重造影的钡剂中添加10 ml纯净水,B组在钡剂中添加10ml西甲硅油乳剂,观察并记录A、B组胃腔内气泡的分布情况并评分。结果 A组受检者胃腔内气泡出现率为100%,气泡占据胃腔透视野>2/3者2例,透视野1/3～2/3者11例,<1/3透视野者16例,胃腔内极少量气泡者1例。B组受检者胃腔内气泡出现率为20%,6例为胃腔内极少量气泡者,24例未见明显气泡。与A组相比,B组胃腔视野清晰度明显提升。A、B组评分结果显示,B组得分明显高于A组,A、B组间评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论西甲硅油乳剂作为上消化道气钡双重造影中所使用钡剂的添加剂,消泡效果显著,提高了胃腔视野清晰度,有利于胃微小病变和早期肿瘤的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of simethicone emulsion in upper gastrointestinal air-barium double contrast. Methods Sixty patients with clinically suspected gastritis or a healthy physical examination who intend to perform upper gastrointestinal air-barium double contrast examination were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly assigned to groups A and B. In group A,10 ml of purified water was added to the barium of upper gastrointestinal air-barium double contrast,and in group B,10 ml of simethicone emulsion was added to the barium. We observed and recorded the distribution of air bubbles in the gastric cavity of groups A and B and score them. Results In group A,the occurrence rate of air bubbles in the gastric cavity was 100%,2 cases had air bubbles occupying more than 2/3 of the gastric cavity fluoroscopy field,1/3 ～ 2/3 fluoroscopy field in 11 cases,16 cases with fluoroscopic field less than 1/3,1 case with very few air bubbles in the gastric cavity. In group B,the occurrence rate of air bubbles in the gastric cavity was 20%,6 cases had very few bubbles in the gastric cavity,and 24 cases had no obvious air bubbles. Compared with group A,the definition of gastric cavity visual field in group B was significantly improved.The scoring results of groups A and B showed that the score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference in scores between groups A and B was statistically significant( P < 0. 001). Conclusion Simethicone emulsion is used as an additive for barium in upper gastrointestinal air-barium double contrast. It has a significant defoaming effect,improves the clarity of the gastric cavity,and is beneficial to the diagnosis of minimal gastric lesions and early tumors.更多还原
