【摘要】 目的了解南京市玄武区12～15岁中学生口腔健康认知情况,为开展中学生口腔健康促进提供科学依据。方法选取南京市玄武区370名12～15岁学生进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果在口腔健康行为方面,每天刷牙不足2次的中学生占22.16%,仅27.03%的中学生明确使用含氟牙膏,每天使用牙线的中学生仅有2.16%,每天进食甜食和甜饮料的中学生分别占37.84%、17.03%。在口腔健康认知方面,认为细菌会引起牙龈发炎和龋齿的中学生占72.70%和61.89%,认为窝沟封闭可以保护牙齿的中学生仅有35.68%,认为定期口腔检查十分必要的中学生占78.11%。在口腔健康就医行为方面,21.89%的中学生从未到牙科就诊,最近6个月内到牙科就诊的中学生占26.76%;就诊原因以治疗为主(52.32%),其次为咨询、检查(26.49%)。结论玄武区中学生对口腔健康认知尚可,但口腔健康行为不足,应从学生、家长、学校及社会等多方面加强对口腔健康知识的宣传,提高中学生口腔保健意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the oral health cognition of middle school students aged 12-15 in Xuanwu District of Nanjing,so as to provide scientific basis for the promotion of oral health of middle school students.Methods 370 students aged 12-15 in Xuanwu District of Nanjing were selected for questionnaire survey,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results In the aspect of oral health behavior,22.16% of middle school students brushed their teeth less than twice a day,only 27.03% of middle school students clearly used fluoride toothpaste,only 2.16% of middle school students used dental floss every day,and 37.84%and 17.03%of middle school students ate sweets and sweet drinks every day,respectively.In the aspect of oral health cognition,72.70% and 61.89% of middle school students thought that bacteria could cause gingival inflammation and dental caries,only 35.68%thought that pit and fissure closure could protect teeth,and 78.11%thought that regular oral examination was very necessary.In the aspect of oral health seeking behavior,21.89% of middle school students never went to dental clinic,and 26.76% of middle school students went to dental clinic in the last 6 months;treatment was the main reason(52.32%),followed by consultation and examination(26.49%).Conclusion Middle school students in Xuanwu District have a fair understanding of oral health,but their oral health behavior is insufficient.We should strengthen the publicity of oral health knowledge from students,parents,schools and society to improve middle school students′oral health awareness.更多还原
