【摘要】 目的探讨基于心身医学的整合护理模式在急性心肌梗死中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月到2020年6月在心血管内科首次住院患者,随机分为对照组(56例)和观察组(59例),比较2组躯体化症状自评量表(SSS)、健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)及自我效能感评分。结果干预后,2组患者SSS、GAD-7、PHQ-9及自我效能感评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SSS评分分别与GAD-7、PHQ-9评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论基于心身医学的整合护理模式应用于急性心肌梗死,有助于减少患者焦虑抑郁及躯体化症状,提高患者自我管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of integrated nursing mode based on psychosomatic medicine in acute myocardial infarction.Methods The first hospitalized patients in cardiovascular department from December 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(56 cases)and observation group(59 cases).The scores of somatization symptom checklist(SSS),health questionnaire depression scale(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,there were significant differences in the SSS,GAD-7,PHQ-9 and self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P<0.05).The SSS scores were positively correlated with the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of integrated nursing mode based on psychosomatic medicine in patients with acute myocardial infarction is helpful to reduce anxiety,depression and somatization symptoms,and improve the self-management ability of patients.更多还原
