【摘要】 随着血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平筛查和多参数磁共振成像的广泛运用,前列腺癌的诊断数量增加。传统上的前列腺癌主要通过主动监测、根治性前列腺切除术或放疗等方式治疗。局部治疗是一种较新的方式,主要特点是前列腺癌病灶的局部消融和周围健康组织的保存。与全腺疗法比较,局部治疗具有相对满意的中期疗效和更低的并发症发生率。目前,讨论较多的局部治疗方式主要包括冷冻疗法、高强度聚焦超声、激光消融、光动力疗法、不可逆电穿孔。该文结合国内外现有文献报道,对前列腺癌的局部治疗方式进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the widespread use of serum PSA level screening and multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging,the number of diagnoses of prostate cancer has increased.Traditionally,prostate cancer is mainly treated through active monitoring,radical prostatectomy or radiotherapy.Local treatment is a relatively new method,the main feature is the local ablation of prostate cancer lesions and the preservation of surrounding healthy tissues.Compared with total gland therapy,local therapy has relatively satisfactory mid-term efficacy and a lower incidence of complications.At present,the most discussed local treatment methods mainly include cryotherapy,high-intensity focused ultrasound,laser ablation,photodynamic therapy,and irreversible electroporation.This article combines the existing literature reports at home and abroad to review the local treatment of prostate cancer.更多还原
