基于激光诱导等离子体光谱的物理机制研究

【摘要】 在离子束与光物理实验室成功组建激光诱导击穿光谱研究的物理实验平台。利用该实验平台测量激光诱导Al、Si等离子体的发射光谱,分析了谱线展宽。实验发现改变靶材与透镜焦点之间的距离时,发射光谱中出现了明显的自吸收现象。

【Abstract】 Xianyang Normal University and the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly established an ion beam and photophysics laboratory to successfully set up a physical experimental platform for laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. Using this experimental platform, the laser-induced Al and Si plasmas were measured in terms of emission spectrum and analysis of spectral line broadening. Experiments have found that when the distance between the target and the focal point of the lens was changed, obvious self-absorption appears in the emission spectrum.
