【Abstract】 Objective To further verify that BCAP causes inflammatory response symptoms by activating PI3K, and that high levels of BCAP may promote allergic rhinitis. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 21 patients with allergic rhinitis and 6 healthy volunteers, and the plasma BCAP level was measured by ELISA. Results The content of BCAP in plasma of patients with allergic rhinitis was significantly higher than that of healthy controls, which was consistent with the results of previous transcriptome analysis. Conclusion BCAP gene expression is significantly enhanced in allergic rhinitis, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.更多还原
