新能源电动汽车用永磁同步电机角度偏移对转矩输出控制的影响分析

【摘要】 目前永磁同步电机(PMSM)是新能源电动汽车主要应用的驱动装置,面向磁场的矢量控制(FOC)一直是PMSM控制的主要研究方向。首先通过理论分析证明了转子角度偏移对FOC控制精度的影响,通过台架试验测试得出一个凸极永磁同步电机在不同电流下的具体电感参数,然后使用MATLAB/simulink仿真直观展示了该电机在转子角度偏差分别为2°和4°时的转矩输出误差MAP图,分析了转子角度偏差在不同转速、不同转矩下对转矩输出的影响规律,为电机组装和电机控制器研发提供了重要参考依据。

【Abstract】 At present, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is the main driving device of new energy electric vehicles, and field oriented vector control(FOC) has always been the mainstream of PMSM control. In this paper, FOC control accuracy of rotor angle offset was proved theoretically. The inductance of a permanent magnet synchronous motor under different currents was measured on dynamometer. Then MATLAB/simulink was used to simulate the torque output error map of the motor when the rotor angle deviation is 2 ° and 4 °. The influence of the torque output was analyzed under different speed and torque when the rotor angle offset happened, which provided a reference for the subsequent production line motor installation and motor controller research and development.
