昆明地区蓄能墙体内相变材料的适应性研究
Applicability research of phase change material incorporated in energy storage building envelope in Kunming
【摘要】 相变材料具有较强的蓄、释能作用,在建筑围护结构中添加相变材料可以有效降低建筑能耗。选取昆明作为模拟气候区,模拟结果表明,在昆明地区围护结构添加相变材料能够降低建筑能耗,全年最佳相变温度为25℃,添加相变材料后房间全年总能耗为455.37 MJ/m~2,比不添加相变材料的建筑节能24.46%;节能率较仅添加普通材料的房间提高了7.45个百分点,且舒适效果更好。
【Abstract】 Phase change materials(PCM) have strong functions of energy storage and release,adding PCM to building envelope can effectively reduce building energy consumption. Kunming was selected as the simulated climate zone,and the simulation results showed that adding PCM to the building envelope could reduce the building energy consumption in Kunming. The best phase change temperature of PCM is 25 ℃,and the corresponding total annual energy consumption is 455.37 MJ/m~2,compared with buildings without phase change materials,the energy saving is 24.46%. Compared with rooms with base materials,it saves energy by7.45% and has better comfort.
