碱渣制备蒸压灰砂制品的试验研究

【摘要】 在对原状碱渣分别进行烘干球磨和高温煅烧基础上,研究了球磨碱渣代替磨细砂粉作为填充料和煅烧碱渣代替石灰作为钙质材料对蒸压灰砂制品的影响规律,并通过SEM和XRD分析其影响机理。结果表明:球磨碱渣作为填充料时,碱渣掺量小于8%,可以提高蒸压灰砂制品的抗压强度;掺量大于8%,抗压强度随着掺量增加而逐渐降低;利用经900℃温度下煅烧2 h处理的碱渣代替石灰时,制品的抗压强度随煅烧碱渣掺量的增加而降低;将煅烧碱渣完全作为钙质材料时,掺20%煅烧碱渣制备的蒸压灰砂制品抗压强度最高。通过SEM、XRD分析可知,影响蒸压灰砂制品性能的关键是水化硅酸钙的种类和数量。

【Abstract】 Based on the drying ball milling and high temperature calcining of the unmodified soda residue,the influence law of ball milling soda residue instead of ground sand powder as filling material and calcined soda residue instead of lime as cal-careous material on the autoclaved lime sand products was studied,and the influence mechanism was analyzed by SEM and XRD.The results show that when ball-milling soda residue is used as filling material,and the content of soda residue is less than 8%,it can improve the compressive strength of autoclaved lime sand products. The compressive strength decreases gradually with the in-crease of the content when the soda residue content is greater than 8%. The compressive strength decreases with the increase of the content of calcined soda residue when the soda residue is calcined at 900 ℃ for 2 h instead of lime. When calcined soda residue is completely used as calcareous material,autoclaved lime sand products prepared by 20% calcined soda residue have the highest compressive strength. Through SEM and XRD analysis,it can be seen that the type and quantity of hydrated calcium silicate are the key factors affecting the performance of autoclaved lime sand products.
