预制TRC板与混凝土界面性能研究

【摘要】 研究了织物增强混凝土(textile reinforced concrete,TRC)板与混凝土构件在凿毛及射钉锚固下的界面粘结性能,考虑边缘距离、粘结层厚度、粘结层水胶比、是否凿毛以及不同混凝土强度等级等因素,建立了20种工况,完成了单面剪切试验。结果表明,设立粘结层以及对混凝土表面进行凿毛处理可以显著提高试件的抗剪承载力;试件的抗剪承载力随粘结层水泥基体水胶比的增大、粘结层厚度的减小呈增大趋势;随边缘距离的增大呈先增大后减小趋势;试件破坏形式基本为撬出以及剥离的混合破坏模式。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the interfacial bonding properties of TRC(Textile Reinforced Concrete) slab and concrete members under a new anchorage mode,considering the edge distance(the distance between the nail position and the edge of TRC plate),thickness of adhesive layer,bonding layer water-binder ratio,artificial chiseling and different concrete strength grade and other factors,set up 20 kinds of operating mode,completed the single shear test. The test results show that the shear capacity of the specimens can be significantly improved by setting up the adhesive layer and chiseling the concrete surface. The shear capacity of the specimens increases with the increase of the water-binder ratio of the cement matrix and the decrease of the thickness of the adhesive layer. With the increase of edge distance,the shear capacity increases first and then decreases. The specimen is basically a mixture of failure mode of prying and peeling.
