铜尾矿硅质原料在蒸压加气混凝土砌块中应用技术研究
Research on application technology of copper tailings siliceous material in autoclaved aerated concrete block
【摘要】 试验研究了SiO2含量为72.8%的铜尾矿在蒸压加气混凝土砌块中的应用。结果表明,采用粉磨时间为10 min的铜尾矿取代60%天然砂,制备的砌块产品与全天然砂组相比,强度密度比(σ/ρ)减小了24.2%,不能制备出合格的产品;铜尾矿进行磨细加工活化,粉磨时间20~30 min范围内,铜尾矿细度越细,制备的蒸压加强混凝土砌块的σ/ρ值越大,粉磨30 min组与未粉磨组相比,σ/ρ值由0.13增大到0.67;随着恒压时间延长,σ/ρ值增大,恒压时间宜控制在6 h以上。工业化中试生产表明,铜尾矿取代率达60%时可制备出符合GB 11968—2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》标准规定的A3.5B06级合格要求的砌块,产品浸出毒性等安全性指标符合HJ781—2016《固体废物22种金属元素的测定电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法》要求。
【Abstract】 The application of copper tailings with SiO2 content of 72.8% in autoclaved aerated concrete blocks was experimentally studied. Research result shows that when using copper tailings with a grinding time of 10 minutes and replacing natural sand with a ratio of 60%,the strength-to-density ratio(σ/ρ) of the prepared block product is reduced by 24.2% compared with the allnatural sand group,and no qualified product is produced. The copper tailings need to be finely processed and activated. Within20 ~30 minutes of grinding,the finer the copper tailings fineness,the greater the σ/ρ value of the prepared autoclaved reinforced concrete block. Compared with the unground group,the σ/ρ value increased from 0.13 to 0.67 in the 30-min grinding group. As the constant pressure time increases,the value of σ/ρ increases,and the constant pressure time should be controlled above 6 h. Industrialized pilot production shows that the replacement rate of copper tailings reaches 60%,A3.5 B06 qualified products specified in standard GB 11968—2006 "Autoclaved aerated concrete block" can be prepared,and the safety indicators such as product leaching toxicity are qualified as per standard HJ 781—2016 "Solid waste-Determination of 22 metal elements-Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry".
