红外热像仪在建筑围护结构热工缺陷诊断中的应用

【摘要】 建筑节能是我国实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的关键环节。阐述了既有建筑热工缺陷的常见形式,与其他传统热工缺陷检测方法相比,红外热像仪具有真实反映围护结构温度场分布的优势。基于相对温差诊断法提出热工缺陷的室内红外诊断方法,用围护结构内表面相对温差、相对面积2个参数定义缺陷等级,进行缺陷的定量评价。通过12个实例进行缺陷等级定量评价,进一步分析热工缺陷节能改造的减碳潜力。

【Abstract】 Energy saving in the construction field is the key link to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization double carbon goals in China. This paper expounds the common forms of thermal defects in existing buildings. Compared with other tradi-tional thermal defect detection methods,infrared thermal imager has the advantages of truly reflecting the temperature field distribu-tion of enclosure structure. Based on the relative temperature difference diagnosis method,the indoor infrared diagnosis method of thermal defects is proposed. The relative temperature difference and relative area of the inner surface of the enclosure structure are used for quantitative evaluation of defects. The quantitative evaluation of defect grade was carried out by 12 examples,and the carbon reduction potential of thermal defect energy saving transformation was further analyzed.
