磷酸镁水泥基新型双液注浆材料试验研究
Study on a novel two-component grouting material based on magnesium phosphate cement
【摘要】 研究了矿渣粉、磷酸盐掺量对磷酸镁水泥基双液注浆材料流动度、pH值、凝结时间、结石率、抗压强度和耐水性能的影响。结果表明:随着矿渣粉掺量增加,新拌浆液的pH值增大、结石率下降、凝结时间缩短、流动性与28 d强度均先提高后降低,在20%掺量时达到最大。随着磷酸盐掺量减少,浆液的流动度降低、凝结时间缩短、pH值升高、结石率下降、抗压强度先增加后降低,在15%时具有最大值。制备的磷酸镁水泥基注浆材料具有凝结时间可调、可注性好、结石率高、生态环保、早期强度高、耐水性好等优异性能。
【Abstract】 The influences of different ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS) and phosphate content on the fluidity,p H value,setting time,stone ratio,compressive strength and water resistance of a novel magnesium phosphate cement-based(MPC)grouting material were studied. The results showed that an increased amount of GGBS caused a higher pH value,a lower stone ratio,and a shorter setting time. The fluidity and the 28 d strength all increased first and then decreased,reaching the maximum at the content of 20% GGBS. A decreased phosphate content led to a poorer fluidity,a shorter setting time,a higher p H value,and a lower stone ratio. The compressive strength first increased and then decreased,reaching the maximum value at 15% addition. The prepared MPC grouting materials has excellent properties such as adjustable setting time,good injectability with high stone rate,ecological and environmental protection,higher early compressive strength,and excellent water resistance.
