【Abstract】 Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs) have started revolutionizing the treatment of various advanced cancers. Although ICIs-related cardiotoxicity is rare,it has significant relevance due to the high mortality. Cardiotoxicity has largely been underestimated in previous studies of toxicity of ICIs. This review focuses on current knowledge about ICIs-related cardiotoxicity,including the incidence,assessment,diagnosis,treatment,prevention and prognosis.
