变速器啸叫噪声传递路径分析优化
Optimization of transmission whine noise transfer path analysis
【摘要】 分析了变速器产生啸叫噪声的机理,并通过变速器啸叫噪声测试分析了空气辐射噪声对车内变速器啸叫噪声的贡献量,判断车内变速器啸叫噪声主要通过结构传递路径贡献,最终通过优化变速器选换挡拉索支架和变速器后悬置主动侧的悬置支架,有效地降低了车内变速器啸叫噪声水平。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of transmission whine noise was analyzed at first.Then through the trasmission whine noise test, the contribution of air radiated noise to in-car transmission whine noise was discussed.On this basis, it was determined that the contribution to whine noise was maily transferred by structure paths.At last, via optimizing the shifting cable bracket of transmission and back mont bracket of transmission drive end, the level of transmission whine noise was reduced effectively.
