某柴油车空调管路的疲劳寿命分析
Fatigue life analysis of air conditioning pipeline system of a diesel vehicle
【摘要】 某柴油车在行驶一定里程后,其空调排气管的某弯管出现了裂纹失效现象。为了探究失效原因,预测管路疲劳寿命,建立了柴油车空调排气管分析模型,对空调排气管进行模态分析;采集试验车路跑过程中输入空调排气管的加速度信号,经处理转化为载荷功率谱;进行随机振动分析,发现理论分析的失效位置与实际损坏位置基本吻合;依据随机振动分析的结果,应用三区间法对管路的疲劳寿命进行计算,验证了理论计算的可靠性;最后,对管路结构进行优化,减小了结构的最大应力,为该柴油车空调排气管的生产设计提供了参考。
【Abstract】 After driving a certain distance,there is a damage in the bend of the air-conditioned exhaust pipe of a diesel vehicle.To explore the cause of failure and predicted pipeline fatigue life, the analysis model of air conditioning exhaust pipe of diesel vehicle was established.And the modal analysis of air conditioning exhaust pipe was carried out.In the running process of a vehicle,the acceleration signal of inputting air conditioning exhaust pipe was collected.After processing,it was converted into load power spectrum.Random vibration analysis was carried out.Actual damaged positions of air conditioning pipe line was in accordance with analytical result.According to the results of random vibration analysis,the three—interval method was used to calculate the fatigue life of pipeline.The reliability of the theoretical calculation process was verified.Finally,the pipeline was optimized,and the maximum stress of the structure was reduced.It provides reference for design and production.
