【摘要】 目的:观察依那普利叶酸片联合松龄血脉康胶囊治疗社区H型高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择在我院及社区就诊的100例H型高血压患者,随机均分为依那普利叶酸组(采用依那普利叶酸片治疗)和联合治疗组(在依那普利叶酸组治疗基础上加用松龄血脉康胶囊)。治疗1年后,比较两组疗效及治疗前后血压、血脂、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)变化。结果:治疗1年后,联合治疗组总有效率显著高于依那普利叶酸组(96.00%比76.00%,P=0.004);与依那普利叶酸组比较,联合治疗组血压[(135.1±5.9)/(85.1±6.7)mmHg比(126.7±8.0)/(77.8±5.6) mmHg]、TC[(5.41±0.49) mmol/L比(4.84±0.54) mmol/L]、TG[(2.08±0.20) mmol/L比(1.91±0.19) mmol/L]、LDL-C[(3.17±0.40) mmol/L比(2.38±0.39) mmol/L]和Hcy [(15.18±2.28)μmol/L比(10.36±2.12)μmol/L]水平显著降低,IMT[(1.21±0.08)mm比(0.97±0.17) mm]显著减小,HDL-C[(1.05±0.14) mmol/L比(1.33±0.15) mmol/L]水平显著升高(P均=0.001)。结论:依那普利叶酸片联合松龄血脉康胶囊口服治疗社区H型高血压临床疗效显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of enalapril folic acid(EFA) tablet combined Songlin Xuemaikang capsule on community H-type hypertension. Methods:A total of 100 patients with H-type hypertension, who were treated in our hospital and communities, were randomly and equally divided into EFA group(received EFA tablet) and combined treatment group(received Songlin Xuemaikang capsule based on EFA group). After one-year treatment, levels of blood pressure, blood lipids, homocysteine(Hcy), carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between two groups. Results:After one-year treatment, total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of EFA group(96.00% vs. 76.00%, P=0.004); compared with EFA group, there were significant reductions in levels of blood pressure [(135.1±5.9)/(85.1±6.7)mmHg vs.(126.7±8.0)/(77.8±5.6) mmHg], TC [(5.41±0.49) mmol/L vs.(4.84±0.54) mmol/L], TG[(2.08± 0.20) mmol/L vs.(1.91±0.19) mmol/L], LDL-C[(3.17±0.40) mmol/L vs.(2.38±0.39) mmol/L], Hcy [(15.18±2.28)μmol/L vs.(10.36±2.12) μmol/L], IMT [(1.21±0.08)mm vs.(0.97±0.17) mm], and significant rise in HDL-C level [(1.05±0.14) mmol/L vs.(1.33±0.15) mmol/L]in combined treatment group, P=0.001 all. Conclusion:Enalapril folic acid tablet combined Songlin Xuemaikang capsule possess significant therapeutic effect on community H-type hypertension, which is worth extending.更多还原
